We want you to love your Daydreams & Dandelions goodies just as much as we loved dreaming them up.
Because our made-to-order products are created especially for you after you place your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or selected the wrong color.
Before you click that happy little Order button, please check the size chart and double-check your size, color, shipping address, and other order details.
Measure twice, order once — as they say around the barn.
But What If Something’s Wrong?
Well, that’s different.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to review the problem and, when the claim qualifies, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Please report damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
We may ask you to provide: - Your order number - A description of the problem - Clear photos showing the item and the issue - Photos of the packaging, packing slip, or size tag when relevant
Please hang onto the item and packaging until we’ve had a chance to review the problem with you.
Wrong Size or Color
If the size or color you received is the size or color you ordered, we generally cannot provide a return, exchange, or refund simply because it wasn’t quite what you expected.
Please use the size guide provided with the product before ordering. Garment fit can vary by style, so checking measurements is always a good idea.
If we sent you a size or color different from the one shown on your order confirmation, please contact us. That’s an order problem, and we want to know about it.
Refunds and Replacements
When an eligible claim is approved, the remedy may be a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
